Looking for a way to add space to my very packed closet. It doesn’t sit sturdy and shifts a bit if pressures added to it but all I all not bad. Installed it myself, gives me extra space and does what I had hoped. I did go the lazy route and didn’t take everything other of my closet to. That def made it harder. Put together with and empty closet and it should be perfect .One cracked shelf, but easy to assemble. The instructions could be more clear. For those who are buying, make sure you put the twist and lock indentation on the bottom poles facing up, so you can lock with the middle pole. This is something that is not clearly indicated on the instructions. This is the perfect solution to give you a shoe rack and second hanging rack for almost nothing. I wish the second hanging rod was a solid metal or wooden pole. Because it is hollow, it does not support heavy garments. It might support 5-10 lbs. You try to put anymore, it will bend.If you have long garments (XL or larger), you may be challenged to get adequate height on your second hanging rack. I have large shirts on the top rack, so I was able to hanging slacks on the second rack. My shirts would be touching the floor if I were to hang them on the second rack.I'm considering a different solution if I want a second rack for heavier things, such as jeans, dockers, or sweatshirts.I compared this system to others and liked it because it stands on the ground and helps to support the rail it is attached to. It does seem a little flimsy when you're assembling it but once you get it attached to the existing closet rail, you'll find it quite sturdy. Also, it does help to have someone help you hold it. I did it myself and it took some finagling but I finally got it put together and was quite impressed by the way it inserted into my existing wire close system--so much so that I ordered another. We are going to have to raise out shelf in the closet quite a bit for this to even be functional at all. It actually does not expand the usable space of the closet, unless your rod and shelf are quite high. Ours is a few inches lower than normal (I think) but not so low that I even realized until we tried to put this up. I can't actually hang to tiers. As the top ones drag on the lower rod and the lower clothes drag on the floor. If you are willing to raise your shelf and rod, this would probably work pretty well for youThe first one I got had a broken chunk of plastic off one of the shelf corners., but Amazon sent me another, no problem. Even sent it out before receiving the broken one back. But had I not returned the broken one, I would have been charged for a second. As it should be. The return of the broken one was free, so that was easy. I left it out for the delivery guy and he picked it up when he dropped off another delivery. Also, make sure you pay close attention to those instructions as the pieces go together in a very specific way. If you try to force them together the wrong way, you will ruin the system. This is even better than I expected. I was able to put it together by myself at 7 months pregnant in very little time. I also was thrilled to see it is made to work on wire shelves as well (assuming it has skinny vertical bar). It has two different ways to attach, either snapping onto the skinny rod of a wire shelf or going around a standard size rod. I’m so happy to add so much more space to organize things for our little one! It is a tad wobbly but great for the price! Not bad for a rental friendly solution. I had trouble with put some pieces on upside down because instructions were specific in telling me that each end of the poles are different. But it was a semi easy fix, had to remove the bottom caps, which was jam in (by me).Long story short, pretty simple just pay attention the details. I would love another shoe rack though!I share a closet with my boyfriend, so I got this to keep our things organized. I have so much more space now and it looks amazing! It’s so easy to assemble, the directions are clear and it only took me like 15 minutes! It is a little wobbly when you’re inserting it into your closet but once it’s in and adjusted properly it doesn’t move! So glad I bought thisThe directions are tiny, therefore difficult to read to assemble properly. I messed up a couple of times because of the tiny pictures, and took it back apart for the moment (I didn't get far). I'm taking the directions to a friend with a scanner to print or PDF me a large scan of the sheet so I can read it easily.Other than that, it seems this item will be sturdy since the bars are real metal (not cheap pop can aluminum quality) and the connectors are uniquely designed to hold and be sturdy. Looking forward to expanding our closet to allow room for our new son's wardrobe to fit (I get this device to sort my stuff out, freeing up space for his)I ordered two of these. The first package arrived with the parts apparently thrown into the box and taped up by a 4 year old. When the second box arrived shortly after with everything securely packaged with protective sleeves & spacers for parts, it was obvious the first had been inspected by customs who did not take the care of the manufacturer. It's good the manufacturer uses very sturdy outer packaging to protect their product even if customs doesn't repackage everything properly. Kudos for that! The closet system is easy to assemble and has excellent instructions. The rods are adjustable for the height of the closet and clip onto the existing closet rod. I bought this because I can't secure anything to the walls in a rental which has the added challenge of being rockwall & concrete material. This closet system can be removed and taken with me when I move. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a closet solution like this.Easy to install. I would advise having a flat closet floor for the best results. Easy to build just make sure you pay close attention to instructions. Lightweight. Wish it had one more shelf.Gets the job done so I now have a bit of extra space. Also, I like that it is supporting the existing rod in the closet with the additional weight. I didn't use the horizontal bar included as it is to low to the ground and all my clothes drag underneath. I'm 5 feet tall. I don't think there is a way to adjust it to make it higher unfortunately.I'm very pleased with this organizer. I managed to put it together with two little kids crawling and running around in less time than expected. I like how it helps me organize my clothes. Two would be great in my walk in.Good quality and I especially love the adjustable shoe shelving. You can make room for tall boots as well as shoes well worth the purchase
