One of the mounting brackets that came had a stripped thread on either the screw or the base, the screw jammed. I contacted the support email address via the amazon "get customer support for your order" and they promptly fedexed me two new brackets and screw sets, it got here within 2 days, very quick. I was then able to complete the install.Also, the drywall anchors it comes with are not very good, I opted to use some 1/4 inch drywall toggle anchors. I suppose if you have studs or concrete to mount to the hardware that is included may be ok.overall good shelf for the price, looks reasonably good for the price and has very responsive support if parts are not working correctly.
