I’ve had this rack for 4 years now and it still is super sturdy, looks great, and has done exactly what I bought it for!Great shelf if you install it square and level. This basically has two sides that are not connected. You have to mount the sides on the wall and then add the shelf (its six pieces that are placed between the two sides). I tried assembly the shelf and holding it to the wall to mark the holes for drilling but the shelf is not square. Its loose. You have to carefully measure the mounting holes and mount the sides to the wall before you can place the shelf pieces. Like I said, if you are patient and mount it square and level, then this is a great shelf. If you are mechanically challenged in the least bit then look for another option.Arrived in just 2 days. Super easy to put together...so easy in fact, that it didn't even come with instructions ?Once put together it is very sturdy and looks nice.The little white plastic thingies everyone keeps mentioning in reviews are in the product pictures but they are a bit hard to see so you can look at my attached pictures for a better photo. Honestly I barely notice them, and I don't think they are a big deal.Cool fact; you can easily remove the front bar of the shelf if you want to slide something on and off, instead of lifting it over. As you can see from my pics, I am using mine to cover a gap between the wall and my stove, and underneath my microwave so I don't have a ton of space for maneuvering under there, so being able to remove the bar is actually a nice perk for me. The measurements on this worked out *perfectly* for my purposes. I am not using the hooks for now but it did come with them and hardware to mount on the wall.Overall I am happy with my purchase.I ordered this shelf to install under my upper kitchen cabinets next to my espresso machine to hold my various coffee glasses. It looks great and is very sturdy. It was easy to put together, but tricky to install by myself. Because the slats that make up the bottom of the shelf just slide in, it's difficult to keep it square and together when trying to mark for drill holes during installation. I did have to use some of my own anchors on one side where there wasn't a stud, as the ones included were weak and wouldn't hold up to light hammering to get in the drilled hole. It would have been nice if the instructions had mentioned the size needed for pre-drilling the hole as well, as I had to guess and try not to go too big. Ultimately, I got it done, and I'm happy with it.No directions nor even a photo to reference. Anchors provided were garbage; did not lay flat with wall had to use my own. Rate this 2.5 stars made in China... This about a $10 shelf. Looks nice up recommend searching for something similar made in the USA.Love the precision in machining. Every piece fitted in perfectly. It’s sturdy and easy to assemble and install. And I must say the brushed stainless steel finish is so stylish and it blended in well for my kitchen.Great After Sales Service:My pack of accessories came with only 3 hooks instead of 4. I wrote in to the seller and they responded quite promptly and sent another pack of 4 hooks. Will buy from seller again.This nice little unit is The Perfect Size for its kitchen location. EZ to assemble and install. My ONLY "criticisms" are that the unit comes with 4 drop-down hooks, when I would have preferred 5 hooks for its intended hanging of kitchen utensils only, and, that the installation brace Did Not have small metal "caps" to place over and hide the screw heads, as does another smaller shelf that I bought on Amazon. But YES = Looks Great and is PERFECTLY Sized!!!I hired a professional to install this into my tile backsplash. It was easy for her, but for me...power tools are not my friend. The stainless steel looks fantastic when the rest of your kitchen appliances and cabinet pulls are that same color.
