I bought two and they arrived on time. Easy to assemble took me about an hour to put 1 together by myself and that was with reading the instructions very carefully. Drawers do rub along the top slightly so they don't open or close super smooth, but isn't an big deal either just a minor annoyance. We use them in the living room and they do their job just fine. Mine didn't have any real imperfections as for as the looks go, no dings or scratches, my only real complaint would be they left out one of the lock for the screws for one of my tables (picture included), but this doesn't seem to mess with the function of the piece.
