We received the Pull Out Pantry from a third party seller on Amazon. We had to return both units because they looked like they were previously returned units and were in very poor condition. Even the boxes looked used. We managed to get both units returned after some misunderstandings between the seller and Amazon on the number of packages. Reordered the units from Build.com and both units arrived in excellent condition. My wife loves the new units. They were very easy to install in a semi-new installation. We had new walnut front panels made and look great attached to the fronts of the Rev-A-Shelf units. The only thing I think could be improved upon is the adjustments for the front panels only work top to bottom and not side to side. We devised our own shim adjustments for side to side. These our installed in our motorhome and the storage increase is great. I must reiterate that the original problem was with the third party seller and not Amazon. Amazon was willing to do what ever it takes to remedy the problem.
